1024.07 STREET OPENINGS FOR MUNICIPAL UTILITIES.

All street openings required by utilities owned and/or operated by the Borough shall be made and restored under the direction and supervision of the Director. The permit fee, insurance and bond requirements of this chapter shall not be applicable to any openings made by such Municipally-owned and/or operated utilities.
