1022.10 COMPLETION OF WORK BY BOROUGH EMPLOYEES OR PRIVATE CONTRACTOR.

The Borough Engineer may have any work referred to in Section 1022.09 completed either by Borough employees or through entering into an agreement with a private contractor to perform the work. The cost shall be a charge against the owner of the property according to the provisions of Section 1022.09(a).
