1022.01 NOTICE TO CONSTRUCT OR REPAIR; RESPONSIBILITY OF PROPERTY OWNERS.

Every owner of property in the Borough shall, on thirty days notice from Council, construct or repair a sidewalk and/or curb which shall conform to all requirements of this chapter, and to the specifications adopted under this chapter, in front of and/or alongside said property.
