888.04   SCHEDULE OF TAX EXEMPTION.
   (a)   The following schedule of taxes exempted shall apply to all property satisfying the provisions and limitations hereinbefore and hereinafter set forth and located in the geographic boundaries of the Borough, with the exception of Robert P. Casey Enterprise Park and the former properties of Ellwood Partners, Thimons and Industrial Equipment Fabricators on the east side of Second Street and the north side of Park Avenue Extension and the former Universal Machine Valve property (as described in Deed Book Volume 1372, page 339, in the Recorder's Office of Lawrence County), which shall be controlled by subsection (b) hereof:

Casey Enterprise Park and the former properties of Ellwood Partners, Thimons and Industrial Equipment Fabricators on the east side of Second Street and the north side of Park Avenue Extension, and the former Universal Machine Valve property (as described in Deed Book Volume 1372, page 339, in the Recorder's Office of Lawrence County):
