884.07 AUTHORITY; CONSTRUCTION.

This chapter is enacted under the provisions of the Local Tax Enabling Act of 1965, P.L. 1257, No. 511, as amended and supplemented, and is in addition to any and all other taxes that may be assessed and levied by the Borough on properties, trades, occupations and professions, and shall be so construed.
