884.05 COLLECTION OF TAX.

All per capita taxes assessed and levied under this chapter and all penalties added to those taxes shall be collected in accordance with the provisions of the Local Tax Enabling Act of 1965, P.L. 1257, No. 511, as amended and supplemented.
