882.02 IMPOSITION OF TAX.

For general revenue purposes, an annual tax, to be known as the Local Services Tax (LST Tax), is hereby levied upon the privilege of engaging in an occupation within the Borough, beginning with the year 2008. This tax is in addition to all other taxes of any kind levied by the Borough.
