The following application, which is attached to Resolution 2013-8, marked respectively as Exhibit "A" and made part of Resolution 2013-8, is hereby approved:

APPLICATION FOR PERMIT TO CONDUCT SEISMIC TESTING/SURVEY

The proper Borough of Ellwood City officials are hereby directed to immediately commence using said application and permit.
