(a) The Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator or his designate is hereby authorized, empowered and directed to make reasonable rules and regulations for the operation and enforcement of this chapter as he deems necessary, which shall include, but not be limited to:
(1) Establishing acceptable forms of security or guarantees;
(2) Acceptable testing and inspection methods;
(3) Establishing the forms of applications, plumber certifications;
(4) Establishing proper documentation regulations for food service establishments; and
(5) Establishing criteria for determination of applicability to food service establishments.
(b) All rules and regulations issued pursuant to this section shall be in writing and be approved by the Borough prior to such rules and regulations being effective.
