(a) A permittee hereunder shall comply with all permit directions and conditions and with all applicable laws and ordinances.
(b) The public assembly, parade, neighborhood association parade or block party chairman or other person heading such activity shall carry the public assembly, parade, neighborhood association parade or block party permit upon his or her person during the conduct of the public assembly, parade, neighborhood association parade or block party.
