864.11 NOTICE TO CITY AND OTHER OFFICIALS.

Immediately upon issuance of a public assembly, parade, neighborhood association parade or block party permit, the Borough Secretary shall send a copy thereof to the following:

(a) The Mayor;

(b) The Chief of Police;

(d) The Director of Public Works.
