No person shall hold or conduct any transient show without having first obtained a permit therefor and having conformed to all provisions of this chapter. Any person desiring such a permit shall make application to the Mayor at least ten days before the date on which such person proposes to hold the first performance of the show, and shall indicate on the application the nature of the show, and shall indicate on the application the nature of the show, the person conducting the show, the place where the show is proposed to be held and any other information that the Mayor or Council may require. A fee as established by resolution of Council shall be payable, for the use of the Borough, to the Mayor, upon issuance of the permit.
