862.01   TRANSIENT SHOW DEFINED.
   As used in this chapter, the term “transient show” means any circus, carnival or other show, entertainment or exhibition to which the public or any part thereof is admitted, for which an admission fee is charged or for which money or any other nature of regard is in any manner demanded or received, and which shall be conducted or held at any place in the Borough other than on a regular daily or weekly schedule throughout the year or major portion thereof. Nothing herein shall apply to any lecture on current events or on any scientific, historical, religious or literary subject, to any musical concert, to any exhibition of statuary, painting or handicraft or to any church or school affair.
