844.08 DISPLAY OF OWNER'S ADDRESS AND TELEPHONE NUMBER.

Any person placing or maintaining an outdoor newspaper vending machine on any Borough sidewalk shall display in a place readily visible to the public, a telephone number and address where the owner may be reached.
