844.06 PROTRUDING NAILS OR HOOKS; ADDITIONS.

Newspaper vending machines must be free from nails, hooks or anything that might protrude in such a way as to tear the clothing of or injure persons passing on the sidewalk. Additions to newspaper vending machines will not be permitted, except temporary tops and sides to be used in inclement weather, which tops and sides may be made of wood, tin or metal.
