844.03 MAINTENANCE; ADJACENT SIDEWALKS; OBSTRUCTIONS.

Newspaper vending machines shall be kept in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition, and the portion of the sidewalk adjacent to the newspaper vending machine shall be kept in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition. Such machines shall be located so as not to interfere with the use of the street or sidewalk by the public.
