824.09 PURPOSE; DECLARATION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE.

This chapter enacted for the purpose of providing reasonable and safe means of storing and/or selling gasoline, which is a highly inflammable and dangerous commodity. The maintenance of any storage or selling facility in the Borough in violation of any provision of this chapter is hereby declared to be a public nuisance and shall be abated as provided by law.
