Any person about to enter into the business of storing and/or selling gasoline or other motor fuels at wholesale or retail within the Borough shall, prior to beginning such business, have the tanks, pumps and equipment tested and inspected as required by this chapter. Notice of the intention to begin the business of storing and/or selling gasoline in the Borough shall be given to the Fire Department in sufficient time to permit the testing and inspection provided for in this chapter and to receive the required certificate from the Borough authorizing the person to begin the operation of such business.
