824.01 TESTING AND INSPECTION REQUIRED.

Any person storing, measuring and/or dispensing at wholesale or retail any gasoline or other motor fuel of a similar nature shall have tanks, pumps or other measuring apparatus tested and inspected in the manner provided in this chapter at least once every two years, unless more frequent testing and inspection is required by the Fire Department.
