One who has been issued a permit shall, at any time that the adult entertainment establishment is occupied or open for business, permit representatives of the Ellwood City Borough Police Department, Ellwood City Fire Department, Ellwood City Code Enforcement Office and the Lawrence County Planning Commission to inspect the premises for the purposes of ensuring compliance with the law.
