806.07 FEES.

The annual fee for an adult entertainment establishment shall be one thousand, five hundred dollars ($1,500). This fee is intended to cover substantially all costs, including an advertised public meeting with a stenographic transcript, review by the Borough Solicitor and review by the Lawrence County Planning Commission.
