698.03 MAINTENANCE PROHIBITED; ARREST OF VIOLATOR.

No person shall permit, keep, maintain or be an inmate of a disorderly premises within the Borough. Violators are subject to the penalties of this chapter upon conviction before a District Justice having jurisdiction.
