The Borough may require the owner, agent or occupant of any property to submit a plan, within a specified time limit, to abate any violations of this chapter. Upon review of such a plan, the authorized agent of the Borough shall decide if the plan is adequate and, if so, set a time limit for carrying out its provisions.
