664.01   DISORDERLY CONDUCT.
   No person shall:
   (a)   In any street, highway or other public place, or in any place in the Borough, unlawfully or willfully:
      (1)   Engage in or commit any disorderly conduct, noise or disturbance, to the annoyance or disturbance of any other person or persons;
      (2)   Use any profane, scandalous, insulting, obscene, lewd, filthy or other indecent language to any person or in the hearing of any other person or persons, to the annoyance or disturbance of any other person or persons;
      (3)   Make any immodest, immoral, lewd or other indecent sign or gesture, or do or commit any other immodest, immoral, lewd or indecent act, to or in the presence of any other person or persons, to the annoyance or disturbance of any other person or persons; or
      (4)   Conduct himself or herself in a noisy, rude, insulting or other disorderly manner, by either words or acts, or in like manner to conduct himself or herself toward any person with intent to abuse or annoy that person, or so as to annoy any resident or citizen of the Borough or any portion of the Borough, or, in the manner described herein, to disturb the good order and quiet of the Borough.
   (b)   Stand, sit or otherwise position his or her person upon or near a sidewalk without any apparent lawful purpose after having been directed by a police officer to move on, and, after having moved on after having been so directed, return and persist in standing, sitting or otherwise positioning himself or herself upon or near a sidewalk within one hour after being directed to move on by a police officer; or
   (c)   Engage in or commit a breach of the peace within the Borough, be guilty of riotous conduct or assemble himself or herself with others and there conduct himself or herself in a noisy, riotous, mischievous or grossly disorderly manner; or
   (d)   Unnecessarily and wilfully obstruct or interfere with travel upon any foot pavement, sidewalk or passageway to any place of worship, hall or other public place, or lounge, loiter or loaf in any such place or location or upon any street corner or public bridge.
