658.03   POOL HALLS AND BILLIARD ROOMS.
   (a)   A pool hall or billiard room shall be defined as any place of business having two or more pool or billiard tables that are offered for use at a cost to the user.
   (b)   All pool halls and billiard rooms shall apply for a license to operate the same and pay an annual license fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00).
   (c)   It shall be unlawful for the owner or operator of a business containing two or more pool or billiard tables to allow any person under the age of eighteen to enter said business unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
   (d)   Any owner or operator of a business who violates subsection (c) hereof shall be fined up to three hundred dollars ($300.00).
