608.03 MAXIMUM NUMBER OF SMALL ANIMALS; KEEPING OF FOWL FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES.

No person shall keep within the Borough a combined total of more than six small animals. An exemption of 120 days shall be provided for a litter of offspring on the owner's premises. Any person wishing to keep more than six small animals shall apply for the proper commercial license. There shall be no commercial intent in the keeping of any fowl within the Borough.
