(a) Lines and/or markings may be painted or placed upon the surface of the unmetered parking lots for the purpose of delineating parking spaces for individual vehicles. No person shall:
(1) Park any vehicle across any such line or marking;
(2) Park any vehicle in such a position that the vehicle is not entirely within the area designated by the lines or markings; or
(3) Park any vehicle elsewhere in any such lot than in an individual parking space.
(b) No person shall park any commercial vehicle more than twenty-five feet in length in any unmetered parking lot.
