A certified copy of these Codified Ordinances shall be kept on file in the office of the Secretary/Treasurer. It shall be the duty of the Secretary/Treasurer, or someone duly authorized by the Secretary/Treasurer, to insert in their designated places all ordinances or resolutions which indicate the intention of Council to make such ordinances or resolutions a part of these Codified Ordinances when printed or reprinted in page form, and to extract from these Codified Ordinances all provisions which may be from time to time repealed by Council. Such certified copy of these Codified Ordinances shall be available for all persons desiring to examine these Codified Ordinances, and the copy on file shall be considered the official Codified Ordinances of the Borough.
