No person shall place a vehicle upon any street for any of the following purposes, or use a vehicle placed or parked on any street for any of the following purposes:
(a) Displaying the vehicle for sale;
(b) Commercial washing of the vehicle, or greasing, painting or repairing the vehicle, except repairs necessitated by an emergency;
(c) Offering for sale from the vehicle any goods, wares or merchandise;
(d) Storage, which shall mean allowing a vehicle to remain in one place continuously for more than seven days.
