Loading and unloading zones are hereby established in the following locations. No person shall park any vehicle in any such loading and unloading zone, except that vehicles may occupy parking spaces in these zones while actually being loaded and/or unloaded. Once the vehicle is loaded and/or unloaded, it must be moved from the loading and unloading zone immediately.
