480.05   PARKING PROHIBITED AT CERTAIN TIMES AT CERTAIN LOCATIONS FOR STREET CLEANING, SNOW AND ICE REMOVAL AND OTHER WORK.
   (a)   No person shall park a vehicle, or allow a vehicle to remain parked, on streets of the following designation and/or located in the following stated sections of the Borough, on the days and between the hours herein stated, in order to permit street cleaning:
      (1)   All streets in the First and Second Wards, on Mondays, from 12:01 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
      (2)   All avenues in the First and Second Wards, on Tuesdays, from 12:01 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
      (3)   All streets in the Third, Fourth and Fifth Wards, on Wednesdays, from 12:01 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
      (4)   All avenues in the Third, Fourth and Fifth Wards, on Thursdays, from 12:01 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
      (5)   All circles, lanes, drives and boulevards, on Fridays, from 12:01 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
   (b)   Subsection (a) hereof shall not apply to the following streets, for which different days and/or hours apply where parking is prohibited for street cleaning and other activities:

   (c)   Whenever it is necessary or desirable to have snow and/or ice removed from any street in the Borough, other than a permanently designated snow emergency route and other than in the designated days and hours listed in subsections (a) and (b) hereof, the Director of Public Works shall have temporary signs posted upon or at the entrance of that street from every other street along the portion of the street from which snow and/or ice is to be removed. Such signs shall bear the words "Street Cleaning Operations" and the approximate time when the removal is scheduled. Such signs shall be so posted or erected at least twelve hours before the commencement of the snow removal operations on that street, and shall be sufficient in number and adequate in size so as to be seen by an ordinarily observant individual. Street cleaning operations shall be considered to be completed upon the removal of the posted signs by authorized personnel. No person shall park a vehicle, or allow a vehicle to remain parked, upon any street on which snow removal operations are under way and not completed.
   (d)   Parking on designated snow and ice emergency routes shall be prohibited until snow and ice have been removed and shall be governed by Section 446.02.
