A motor carrier vehicle, truck tractor, combination, tandem axle, or vehicle with a registered gross weight in excess of 10,001 shall utilize the following route while traveling through the Borough boundaries.
(a) West Truck Route 351:
North on Second Street to Fountain Avenue;
Left at Fountain Avenue to Fifth Street;
Left at Fifth Street to Spring Avenue;
Right at Spring Avenue to Sixth Street;
Left at Sixth Street to Beaver Avenue;
Right on Beaver Avenue to Eight Street;
Left at Eighth Street to Lawrence Avenue; and
Right at Lawrence Avenue (West Route 351).
(b) East Truck Route 351:
Route 351 Lawrence Avenue to Fifth Street;
Left at Fifth Street to Fountain Avenue;
Right at Fountain Avenue to Second Street; and
Right at Second Street to Route 351 South.
