460.04   DRIVING INTO OR ACROSS THROUGH HIGHWAYS.
   Through highways shall be established by Council from time to time, are hereby established, and stop or yield signs shall be erected at every intersection on every such through highway (except those intersections where traffic signals are erected and maintained as provided in Section 442.01), facing traffic approaching the through highway on intersecting highways. Every driver of a vehicle approaching the through highway on any intersecting street where there is a stop or yield sign shall stop the vehicle as required by Section 3323(b) or (c) of the Vehicle Code, as the case may be, and shall not proceed into or across the through highway until he or she has followed all applicable requirements of that section of the Vehicle Code.
