(a) No person, persons, partnership, corporation, or any other entity, shall place, affix, or attach to any utility pole, sign pole, or refuse receptacle owned by the Borough, any sign, banner or advertising material. Utility poles that are subject to this section shall include electric, telephone, street light poles or standard directional sign poles, and/or poles holding traffic signs or lights.
(b) The following signs shall not be included in the above restriction: hospital signs, route signs, no parking signs, street signs and snow removal signs.
(c) Any person, persons, partnership, corporation, or any other entity found guilty of such a violation shall be fined twenty-five dollars ($25.00) plus costs, as a penalty for violating the provisions of this section.
