Group insurance which will provide hospitalization and surgical benefits and major medical coverage shall be provided for the Mayor and members of Council, and their families, who wish to participate therein, with the cost thereof to be borne 100 percent by the participating members of Council and/or the Mayor. The group insurance shall be the same as, or equal to, that provided for all full-time employees of the Borough.
