§ 153.012  FORMAL APPLICATION.
   (A)   A written application for preliminary plat approval shall be filed by the petitioner with the Director of Planning Services in accordance with 152.128 and 152.129.
   (B)   The application shall be complete and shall include a copy of the proposed subdivision plan and preliminary plat.
   (C)   The petitioner is responsible for completing, mailing and filing notifications and legal advertisements in accordance with 153.024.
