§ 35.09  DISCIPLINE.
   Police Alliance members are not paid police officers and therefore, are not entitled to the same rights and procedures that are available to paid police officers. The Town Marshal has the absolute discretion to suspend, dismiss, or otherwise discipline a Police Alliance member.
