§ 34.04  PUBLIC SAFETY SERVICES.
   (A)   Emergency vehicles require identification and retro reflective markings that adhere to strict provincial standards for fire vehicles and are also compliant with the National Fire Protection Association requirements for fire vehicles. The town emergency vehicles have unique markings that have been designed not only to identify the vehicles as being town vehicles, but to also enhance their maximum visibility and emergency status in traffic.
   (B)   Identification specifications include: Public Safely Services crest in full color repeated on each side of the vehicle cab, as shown in examples. White or gold vinyl stripe graphic on the sides of fire vehicles as mirror images of each other. White or red reflective placed at rear of vehicle on both sides in a clear and unobstructed location similar to example shown.
   (C)   On some fire vehicles there are additional decals and graphics that may appear. These decals are for public information and education and are related to Fire and Emergency Services initiatives only.
   (D)   The following are recognized examples of approved logos and striping for each department.
