§ 130.01 SHOOTING WEAPONS WITHIN TOWN.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to shoot or cause to be shot any firearm, BB gun, pellet gun, or similar weapon within the limits of the town.

(B) Whoever violates this section commits a class D ordinance violation.
