§ 110.36  SOLICITATION REGULATIONS.
   (A)   No transient merchant, peddler, or solicitor shall use other than the front door when making calls at residences.
   (B)   All selling, peddling, soliciting, canvassing, hawking, or similar activity at residences by a transient merchant, peddler, or solicitor shall be done between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.; however, all these activities are prohibited on Sundays and holidays.
   (C)   No transient merchant, peddler, or solicitor shall make a noise by hawking or by sounding or causing to be sounded any horn, bell, whistle, loudspeaker, or other noise-making device for the purpose of attracting the attention of the public to the presence of that person or his or her vehicle or as a medium for advertising the sale of products, goods, wares, or merchandise.
