§ 110.35 BADGE REQUIRED.

(A) The Clerk-Treasurer shall furnish a badge to each licensee to reflect his or her permission and license. The badge shall be worn conspicuously upon the person of the licensee. The badge shall not be transferable.

(B) A deposit of $5 for a badge shall be required of each licensee. The deposit shall be returned to the depositor upon the return of the badge to the Clerk-Treasurer within five days after the expiration of the license.
