§ 32.01  VOTER QUALIFICATIONS.
   In accordance with state law, any individual who wishes to cast a ballot in either a primary or a general election for town officials must be a resident of the town and a registered voter of the town pursuant to the provisions of applicable state law.  If an individual does not qualify in accordance with the applicable statutes, he or she shall not be entitled to vote in either the primary or the general election for town officials.
