(A) Prohibition. No person shall use roller skates, in-line skates, or skateboards on any public property within the corporate boundaries of the town.

(B) Public nuisance. Using a skateboard, roller skates, or in-line skates in the following locations is hereby declared a public nuisance:
(1) Public parking lots;
(2) Public streets;
(3) Public alleyways;
(4) Public sidewalks; or
(5) Public facilities.

(C) Violations. Violation of this section shall constitute a class E ordinance violation and shall be subject to fines.
