(A) Noise that is a result of parades, school functions, sports, or band functions, or the like, is exempt from this subchapter.
(B) Public or community events which receive prior approval from the Town Council can be exempted from this subchapter.
(C) Normally occurring noise, such as children playing in the yard or a dog barking, unless it occurs within the specified quiet time frames set by the town in § 93.48(D) and becomes a nuisance during that time frame, is exempt.
(D) A designated quiet time shall be set between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
