§ 93.47  COMPLAINTS.
   Whenever a violation of this subchapter occurs or is alleged to have occurred, any person may file a written complaint.  The complaint, stating fully the causes and basis thereof, shall be filed with the Town Police Department.  The town police shall immediately investigate.  If the facts elicited by the investigation are sufficient to establish a reasonable belief that a violation has occurred on the part of the party investigated, the town police shall informally request the person creating the noise to correct the condition as necessary to cause the noise to abate within a reasonable period of time.  If the person creating the noise does not abate the noise then the Town Marshal shall issue a citation and shall notify the Town Attorney of the citation against that person requesting action thereon as provided by this subchapter and in accordance with the law.
