§ 93.31 DISPOSAL OF ASHES AND CINDERS ON PUBLIC PROPERTY.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, persons, company, or corporation, or any person in their employ, to throw or permit to be thrown any ashes or cinders upon any street, alley, or other public property.

(B) Any person, persons, company, or corporation that violates any of the provisions of this section commits a class E ordinance violation and shall be fined for each offense. The fine shall be $ 25.
