§ 92.03  TELEPHONE WIRES; MINIMUM HEIGHT.
   (A)   Any person or persons erecting telephone wires in the streets, alleys, or public highways of the town shall put all wires at least 18 feet high from the level of the street, alley, or public highway.
   (B)   Any person or persons who violate any provisions of this section shall be subject to a surrender of their franchise.
