§ 91.04  AUTOMATIC DIALING DEVICES PROHIBITED.
   It is unlawful for any person to use or permit the use of any automatic telephone dialing device or attachment connected to an alarm system which automatically selects any telephone line leading into the communication center of the Town Police Department and then transmits any prerecorded message or signal indicating the activation of the alarm system.  This section shall not apply to the use of any automatic dialing device issuing from an alarm located in a building or an office owned or controlled by the town or a department thereof.  Any person, firm, or corporation who allows a violation of this section, other than from the above-mentioned governmental buildings, shall be subject to a fine.  Each violation of this section shall be deemed a separate offense.
