§ 72.06  UNPAID FINES; IMPOUNDMENT.
   (A)   Whenever a car, truck, or vehicle is illegally parked on the street and there are held by the proper authority of the town five or more unpaid parking violations for that car, truck, or vehicle, the police of the town shall cause that car, truck, or vehicle to be removed to a garage or place of storage within the town, and the same shall not be released until the owner thereof produces to the Police Department of the town proper evidence of ownership and pays all unpaid parking violations against that car, truck, or vehicle, together with the costs of the impounding of the vehicle.
   (B)   For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      ILLEGALLY PARKED.  Any violation of the parking provisions of this code pertaining to parking within the town.
