(A) All vehicles shall be parked according to the guide lines painted upon either the pavement or the curbing.
(B) No vehicle shall be parked:
(1) Within 15 feet in either direction of a fire hydrant located at any place within the limits of the town;
(2) Within ten feet of the center line of the entrance of any public building or church;
(3) Within 20 feet of any street or highway intersection;
(4) In alleys within the limits of the town;
(5) So as to obstruct any alley or driveway; or
(6) On that area located between the sidewalk and the town street or state highway.
(C) Any person, firm, corporation, operator, or driver who violates this section commits a class E ordinance violation, and a judgment shall be entered for each violation.
